MY VISION
MY MISSION
"IS COACHING FOR ME ?"
COACHING VS THERAPY
MY VISION: RESPONSIBLE HUMANITY
I envision a world in which every human being achieves greatness, helping to advance humanity in its understanding of the world and its quest for meaning, achievement and love.
” Happiness is continuing to want what you already have “
– Saint Augustin –
MY MISSION: AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP
My mission is to help my clients achieve their personal and professional goals, no matter how diverse and ambitious they may be.
Namely, I serve individuals and businesses who are searching for an identity, meaning and inspiration to help them perform their daily tasks.
I trigger and facilitate my clients’ dormant potential, helping them rediscover happiness and the power of being themselves.
You are responsible for your successes and limitations, but if you’re striving for excellence, I will methodically support you in your quest to become the authentic leader you’ve always dreamed of being.
“No one can be a better you than you”
– Warren Buffet –
“IS COACHING FOR ME ?”
In reality, I can’t tell you whether or not you should work with a coach. Coaching isn’t magic. It is only indicated and effective for those who have a real desire to move forward and try something new.
My job is to support people who want to develop the best version of themselves. Sometimes, these people are already considered to be “the best” at what they do, whereas in other cases, these people are struggling.
I believe that human beings are made to progress throughout their lives while lacking the keys to they need to be successful.

” If I have seen further than others, it is only by standing upon the shoulders of giants “
– Isaac Newton –
COACHING VS THERAPY
Coaching is not therapy. Coaches work with clients on a contractual basis, focusing on their present state and providing them with tools that will help them obtain achievable, evidence-driven goals.
Psychologists on the other hand, work with people as patients, analyzing and attempting to heal their ailments while investigating past events and their causes.
The goal of coaching isn’t to change you; rather, it is to help you better understand yourself so that you can distinguish your dreams and ambitions from pure fantasy. Coaching is inextricably linked to the notion of goals and how to reach them.
Coaches work with their clients to define simple, effective and tailor-made strategies that can be implemented in daily life at certain times and with certain frequency, as agreed upon during coaching sessions.
